Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction, telecom, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure and GIS mapping a plus.

Responsibilities

• Locate fiber optic cables and underground infrastructure with specialized equipment.
• Mark locations on ground for construction crews to prevent damage.
• Conduct field surveys to map fiber optic cables and maintain records.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations during surveys.
• Coordinate with construction crews, utility workers, and engineers.
• Maintain detailed records of cable locations and issues.
