Qualifications

• Operate from BOM, blueprints, drawings or production schedule.
• Verify conformance of first piece to specs using calipers, gauges and measuring tape.
• Perform quality checks and document production data; maintain compliance with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine startup and shutdown on fiber laser cutting equipment.
• Position pieces on table using vacuum system; adjust lenses per thickness and metal type.
• Label completed parts and stage for next operation; manage staging area.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and contribute to material inventory control.
