Job summary

Priority StaffCorp is seeking an experienced CNC Fiber Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team in Tulsa. You will operate and set up CNC fiber laser cutting equipment, read blueprints, load materials, and ensure parts meet specifications with high precision.

Qualifications

• CNC fiber laser operating experience is required.
• Experience with tube lasers and/or flat lasers.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC fiber laser cutting equipment.
• Load, position, and secure raw materials for production.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to produce parts to specification.
• Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed during production.
• Monitor cuts and machine performance to maintain consistent quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
• Measure and inspect completed parts using calipers, gauges, tape measures, and other inspection tools.
• Complete production paperwork and document quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.

We’re hiring an experienced CNC Fiber Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC laser equipment and be comfortable working from blueprints to produce accurate, quality parts. Experience with tube and/or flat laser systems is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

Operate and set up CNC fiber laser cutting equipment

Load, position, and secure raw materials for production

Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to produce parts to specification

Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed during production

What We’re Looking For

Previous CNC Fiber Laser operating experience required

Experience with tube lasers, flat lasers, or both

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

Comfortable using precision measuring equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently while meeting production goals

Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
