Fiber Laser Machine Operator

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (7:30 am - 4:00 pm also)
Pay Rate:$25/hr to $30/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Dayton Ohio
Experience:1-3 years

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a fiber laser machine
- Execute laser cutting according toblueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Measure, mark, and layout reference points on sheet metal before cutting
- Inspect finished products for defects or damages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Prior fiber laser machine experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to safely operate metalworking equipment
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
