GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our fiber internet footprint in local neighborhoods. You’ll represent GoNetspeed in door-to-door outreach, explaining the benefits of ultra-fast fiber and helping customers choose the right plan.

No office required—this field-based role rewards you with uncapped commissions and paid training. Ideal candidates are self-driven, with strong communication and the ability to work outdoors in any weather.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule.
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week.
• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach.
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV.
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan.
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options.
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission.
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.

What You’ll Do (Field-Based – Limited Office Reporting!)

You’ll represent GoNetspeed directly in local neighborhoods, helping people upgrade to fast, reliable fiber internet. Your day will include:

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)
