Job summary

Conxxus in Marseilles, IL is seeking an entry-level Telecom Installer to join our field crew. You will install twisted pair copper and fiber, provision and monitor Internet, IPTV and VOIP services for residential and business customers, and travel to service sites in company vehicles.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a good record, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Install twisted pair copper (ADSL/VDSL) and fiber.
• Provision and monitor Internet/IPTV/VOIP services.
• Travel in company vehicles for service calls and on-site projects.
• Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment.
• Communicate procedures and policies to customers.
• Work with support to resolve customer issues.
