Job summary

EnterSource is seeking motivated, entry-level Fiber Installers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks for residential and business customers, with on-the-job training and growth potential.

As a member of the Southeast region team, you will travel to customer locations, follow detailed work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and travel within the United States.
• Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot fiber optic cables and related equipment.
• Run fiber and conduit, perform splicing, and test fiber connections.
• Follow detailed work orders and installation instructions.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with safety guidelines.
• Travel to customer locations within the Southeast region as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights, including ladders and poles
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Must be willing to travel within the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, telecommunications, or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical knowledge
