TEKsystems in El Paso, TX is seeking an Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Technician to support installation, maintenance, and expansion of enterprise fiber optic infrastructure. The role suits candidates with fiber optics, structured cabling, and field operations experience.

You will install, test, troubleshoot, and repair fiber cabling, participate in conduit and cabling projects, perform site surveys, document findings, and help keep network records up to date.

Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Technician

We are seeking an OSP Fiber Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and expansion of enterprise fiber optic infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in fiber optics, structured cabling, telecommunications, construction, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic cabling and related infrastructure.
• Support network expansion projects, including conduit and cabling installations.
• Conduct site surveys, maintain documentation, and update network records.
• Monitor network performance and assist with outage response and maintenance activities.

Job Type & Location

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
