Job summary

Bluepeak is seeking an Installation and Repair Technician in Cheyenne, WY to install, repair and upgrade fiber-rich telecom systems at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform tests, and ensure wiring is neat and professional while managing on‑truck inventory. A high school diploma is required with 1–2 years of telecom experience preferred.

The role is on-site, full-time, with safety‑sensitive responsibilities and a path toward professional development within a growing company.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of telecommunications field experience preferred.
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet, email, and databases.
Must pass background check and drug test after offer.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain telecom systems and equipment at customer sites.
Assess customer needs and install suitable telecom solutions.
Run routine tests to ensure all components function optimally.
Diagnose and fix faults in telecommunications systems.
Ensure wiring is clean and professional; manage truck inventory.
Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
