Qualifications

• Installation and repair experience in fiber cable installation and excavation.
• Willing to travel as required and provide a clear driving record annually.
• Criminal background check must be successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead field performance to meet or exceed installation and service benchmarks.
• Coordinate training, updates, and process improvements for the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality of work inspections.
• Act as liaison between field technicians, operations support, and end users.
• Complete required safety, QA, and vehicle maintenance documentation.
