Job summary

Cherokee Fiber & Associates, a division of Hyper Networks LLC, seeks an Operations Manager in Canton, GA to oversee all self-performed construction activities, drive strategy, growth, and profitability for OSP/ISP construction services, and report to the Executive VP of Technical Operations. The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams and strong program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• 3+ years of operations management experience installing and maintaining fiber optic products and services preferred.
• 3+ years managerial experience of small, remote, field based teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment and ensure all safety standards are met.
• Program Management for OSP and ISP/MxU, leading cross-functional teams.
• Lead training and set KPIs, develop production schedule and baselines.
• Monitor financial health and status of projects and programs.
• Document operational processes and ensure data quality in FiberManager.
