Job summary

Cherokee Fiber & Associates, a division of Hyper Networks LLC, is seeking an OSP Supervisor in Canton, GA. The role will lead mutual subcontractors and field teams to deliver fiber network installations from design through final as-built documentation.

Reports to the Project Manager and drives project schedules and quality across the team. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3+ years in fiber optic operations management, and 1–2+ years managing small remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3+ years of operations management experience installing and maintaining fiber optic products and services.
• 1-2+ years of managerial experience of small, remote, field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or oversee the design of the Outside Plant Fiber Network from beginning to final As-Built completion.
• Solicit and award installation jobs.
• Manage the project materials procurement cycle.
• Monitor installation subcontractor performance per SoW, Schedule, Budget, and Quality.
• Prepare and submit status reports to customer and management.
• Support field and network engineers during testing phases.
