Job summary

Cherokee Fiber & Associates, a division of Hyper Networks LLC, is seeking an Operations Manager in Canton, GA to oversee all self-performed construction activities and to drive strategy, growth, and profitability of OSP and ISP construction services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure data quality while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of operations management in fiber optic projects.
• 3+ years managing small remote field teams.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in program planning from scoping to closeout.
• Set KPIs and production schedules; monitor performance.
• Oversee safety standards and field operations.
• Manage data quality and process documentation.
• Provide staff coaching and performance evaluations.
