Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Field Foreman to lead daily site construction efforts, ensuring production goals are met while upholding safety standards. You will supervise crews, coordinate with leadership, and maintain quality across projects in the field.

The role requires strong hands-on leadership, a high school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred), plus significant industry experience and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Possessing a WSA certification is a plus.
• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You have demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
• You possess job-related certifications, like First Aid, Safety, and Rescue.
• You have the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment.
• You must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
• You must be able to pick up to 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hours.
• You have the ability to identify and distinguish colors.
• You possess 10+ years of experience.
• You have possession of OSHA 10
• You have excavator training

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site construction work to meet production goals.
• Oversee safety, quality, and operations at assigned sites.
• Maintain daily paperwork for the site and crew.
• Train and guide crew members and promote learning.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained and operable.
• Validate daily timesheets for management.
• Coordinate with customer representatives on site activities.
