Job summary

Conxxus is seeking an entry-level Field Technician to install and maintain fiber services for residential and business customers. You will bury drops, bore under sidewalks, and travel to job sites to complete on-site installations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime. Safety and customer communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bury fiber service drops using a remote controlled plow.
• Hand bore and stick bore under sidewalks and driveways.
• Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects.
• Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment.
• Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers.
• Work with support to resolve customer issues.
