Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in business, administration, construction management, telecommunications, or related field.
• Two to four years of scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with contractors, ticketing systems, or utility locate processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize fiber drop burial work orders to support customer installations and service restoration.
• Assign work to internal teams and third-party contractors based on workload and SLA expectations.
• Monitor daily progress and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Create, update, monitor, and close work orders in ticketing/work management systems.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs, reports, and project documentation.
• Verify invoices against completed work before approval.
• Serve as liaison between contractors, construction, customer service, dispatch, and operations.
• Provide timely updates regarding project status, delays, and completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and operational workflows.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
