Qualifications

• Several years of experience in telecom/fiber-optic construction project management, especially outside plant deployments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage construction crews and subcontractors within budget and schedule.
• Strong project planning, resource allocation, and budget control skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fiber-optic construction methods (aerial/underground).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of fiber deployment projects from planning to closeout.
• Lead on-site construction activities and supervise crews and subcontractors/GCs.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations on site.
• Coordinate with customers, military base officials, local authorities, and utilities.
• Track milestones, review daily reports, and maintain project documentation.
