• Familiarity with construction management software, schedules, and permitting

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources per company and client expectations
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting entities
• Monitor progress and resolve issues on timeline, materials, or resources
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and engineering design adherence
• Track expenses, change orders, and reporting/billing documentation
• Communicate with Senior PM, Director of Operations, and client stakeholders
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, logs, and schedule updates
• Support site visits and quality control checks
• Assist forecasting, manpower planning, and procurement coordination
