Ziply Fiber seeks a Construction Project Administrator in Oak Creek, WI to ensure outside plant construction meets standards. You will inspect contractor work and guide inspectors in your region to ensure cost, timeline, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, field inspection experience, and ability to coordinate with engineering, vendors, and municipalities. Competitive benefits accompany a base salary range with annual DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5 years of OSP construction/engineering experience.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for forms and reports.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record; pre-employment drug screen.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect field work to industry standards and guide contract inspectors in the CPA’s region.
• Assign and dispatch work to contract inspectors and assist with NESC/complex issues.
• Train contract personnel in aerial plant inspection methods and field software.
• Participate in developing new processes and documentations for inspections.
• Coordinate with municipalities on permitting, traffic control, and community impact.
• Process vendor invoices and support cross-functional teams.
