Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Line Worker to join the Kinetic construction and engineering team. You will install, repair, and maintain poles, cables, and conduits, and work on aerial and underground systems across diverse sites.

The role requires climbing, operating heavy equipment, and following DOT safety standards. This position involves weekend work, overtime, and travel, with a strong emphasis on safety and precise field documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a variety of construction equipment to complete installations.
• Pole climbing certification is required.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work on-call schedule including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT pre-hire certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain poles and cables, including aerial and buried lines.
• Set up service for customers by installing, connecting, testing equipment.
• Work in various environments including climbs, trenches, and manholes.
• Follow safety procedures and read design engineers' instructions.
