Pavlov Media in Dallas, TX is seeking a General Laborer to join our utility construction crews. You will handle site setup, digging, conduit laying, cable installation, and equipment movement, working under a foreman to meet daily goals.

No college degree required; a valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT medical card and drug screen are necessary. The role offers on-the-job safety training, advancement opportunities, and a salary in the $18–$24 per hour range with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Obtain a DOT medical card and pass drug screen.
• Ability to work outside year-round.
• Ability to travel during winter months is a plus.
• Communicate and work with others respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Setup, preparation, and restoration of construction job site.
• Digging, trenching, laying conduit, install cables and vaults.
• Move materials, drive vehicles and equipment to jobsite.
• Backup trailers and maintain jobsite, equipment, and vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Represent the company in a professional manner to the public.
