Spectrum is seeking a dedicated coordinator to manage site surveys and project status for coax and fiber deployments. You will support permitting, track permit progress, and ensure timely referrals while updating construction tools with current notes.

The role requires strong data interpretation, independent work capability, and adherence to regulations. A high school diploma is required, with additional project administration coursework preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and update site surveys and project status for coax and fiber projects.
• Support permitting processes as subject matter expert in Permit Master role.
• Monitor permits, coordinate aging surveys, schedule referrals.
• Update project status in management tools and report via updates.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations; follow company policy.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
