Job summary

DCOMM is seeking a field Technician to install high-speed internet and diagnose service issues in Texas. You will work outdoors, handling fiber optic and coax, and fix problems for customers who rely on you to keep them connected.

No experience? That’s okay. We’ll train you while you learn the technical skills, safety, and customer service that sustain our communities. This is a hands-on role with clear paths to leadership as you grow.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 28 feet).
• Comfortable working outside in Texas weather.
• Able to lift, carry, and move equipment throughout the day.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• No two days are exactly alike.
• One day you'll be installing high-speed internet.
• The next you'll be tracking down a service issue and fixing it.
