DCOMM is hiring hands-on problem solvers who hate being stuck in an office. Our Broadband Technicians keep internet, TV, and phone services running for homes and businesses—rain or shine. This isn’t a clean-desk job: you’ll climb ladders, run cables, and solve problems to build something that works when you’re done.

No experience? That’s okay. We’ll teach you the technical skills while you bring work ethic and a willingness to learn. Pay and benefits vary by market.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 28 feet.
• Comfortable working outside in variable weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Install high-speed internet and related services for homes and businesses.
• Track down and fix service issues, often the same day.
• Work with fiber optics, coax, ladders, tools, and customer coordination.
• Ensure quality work and take pride in problem-solving outcomes.

You’ll be climbing ladders, running cable, solving problems, and getting the satisfaction of building something that actually works when you leave.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike. One day you'll be installing high-speed internet. The next you'll be tracking down a service issue and fixing it. You'll work with fiber optics, coax cable, ladders, tools, technology, and customers who are counting on you to solve their problem. By the end of the day, you'll be able to point at something and say... \"I built that.\"

What You'll Need
