• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement within the FIB/TEM framework to raise consistency and performance.
• Develop quality standards, acceptance criteria, metrics for FIB/TEM operations.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Collaborate with hardware teams and suppliers to improve tool capability and calibration.
• Lead projects on productivity, workflow, automation, and tool expansion.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive initiatives to boost throughput and lab efficiency.
• Translate BU requirements into practical quality standards and improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives.
