Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representative at the FHA Resource Center in Albuquerque, NM. The role supports HUD's Mission to ensure quality, affordable homes by handling FHA mortgage guidance and policy questions for callers and emails.

Work hours are Monday–Friday with no weekend work, and benefits begin on day one. Training is provided to ensure success in a regulated, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, handling calls and emails about FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Locate answers in knowledge databases to address client requests.
• Follow standard operating procedures across topics, systems, and channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
