Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with two (2) years of experience in children and family services.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, mental health, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload as assigned.
• Provide weekly one-hour, home-based, virtual, or office family therapy sessions to clients, at a minimum.
• Actively participate as part of the therapy team.
• Complete formal FFT-A assessments.
• Refer families to appropriate services and supports regularly.
• Provide families with both clinical and concrete services.
• Perform the basic accountability tasks related to the job, including maintaining records.
• Attend FFT-A training sessions and continue education modules with fidelity.
• Provide supervision to assigned Case Managers and the Program Supervisor.
• Provide life skills classes.
• Collect information for program effectiveness with administrative staff.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or Clinical Director.
