Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 40 college hours or 4 years of related experience in school business, government accounting, construction management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and installation of FF&E, maintenance equipment, technology, and other items for new and remodeled facilities.
• Plan and document Furniture, Fixture and Equipment needs.
• Maintain vendor lists and catalog resources; prepare and finalize requisitions.
• Source competitive prices and terms; reconcile vendor issues and warranty service when needed.
• Support project managers during design, construction, and closeout activities.

Education
