Job summary

Amazon’s Worldwide Retail Grocery Delivery (WWRGD) Procurement team seeks an Equipment Procurement Project Manager to standardize FF&E across programs. You’ll own FF&E procurement, analyze data, lead sourcing events, and partner with Design, Construction, Finance, and Operations to optimize spend and deliver on time.

You’ll drive process improvements, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance while building strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience.
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Execute FF&E procurement plans per program direction.
• On-Time, Under-Budget Delivery: Manage procurement operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Vendor Partnerships: Create and nurture strong vendor partnerships; ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate procurement activities and resolve project challenges.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve procurement obstacles quickly in a fast-paced environment.
