Amazon is seeking an Equipment Procurement Project Manager to standardize and optimize FF&E procurement across Worldwide Retail Grocery Delivery. You will own FF&E sourcing, analyze data to identify savings, and lead cross-functional teams to execute procurement plans with a focus on on-time, under-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes supplier partnerships, process improvements, and enterprise-wide leverage to reduce costs while maintaining quality across multiple store openings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Execute FF&E procurement plans per program direction, ensuring purchase orders and equipment deliveries align with timelines and budgets.
• Manage procurement operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; track POs from execution through delivery.
• Create and nurture strong vendor partnerships; ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, and Category Management to coordinate procurement activities.
