Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a skilled MFM Sonographer to join Eastside Maternal Fetal Medicine. The ultrasound specialist will perform detailed fetal exams, support perinatologists, document findings, and assist with procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The role requires ARDMS certification, OB/GYN or Fetal Echo credentials, and 6+ months in OB/MFM environments. Excellent communication and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited sonography program or equivalent.
• Maintain or be eligible for ARDMS certification.
• ARDMS OB/GYN or Fetal Echo certification or eligible within 12 months.
• Evidence of continuing education credits.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys, including twins and triplets.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS.
• Document exam findings in ultrasound reporting systems.
• Record patient history and indications per protocol.
• Generate preliminary reports for physician review.
• Communicate findings and support diagnostic accuracy.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• Rotate to cover absences at other locations.
