Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for a MFM Sonographer at Eastside Maternal Fetal Medicine in Issaquah, WA. You will perform detailed fetal anatomy surveys, assist with procedures, document findings, and ensure accuracy of reporting in a high-risk obstetric setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited sonography program with degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.
• Maintain or be eligible for ARDMS certification.
• ARDMS OB/GYN or FE certification or eligible within 12 months of hire.
• Evidence of continuing education credits to fulfill accreditation requirements.
• NT experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys, including twins and triplets, and acquire data for physician interpretation.
• Assist with procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
• Document findings, measurements, images, and procedural details in reporting systems.
• Record patient history, indications, and observations per protocols and standards.
• Generate preliminary reports for physician review and final signature.
• Review completed studies with physicians to communicate findings and support accuracy.
