Job summary

Ground Control Touring in Nashville, Brooklyn, or Chicago is seeking a Festivals Administrator to coordinate administrative and operational aspects of festival bookings. You will report to the Head of Festivals and support festival outreach, offers, and settlements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a music-related administrative role, strong organizational and project management skills, and a keen interest in live music and festival culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a music-related role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with festival bookings or CRM is a plus.
• Knowledge of the festival ecosystem is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Opus database is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal festival tracking documents and databases for organization of outreach, offers, dates, confirmations and settlements.
• Build festivals pitch desks, utilizing agency-designed tools.
• Collaborate on artist interest and availability with agents, managers, and festival buyers.
• Maintain detailed call notes and assist in project managing action items.
• Provide feedback and festival target ideas for agent teams.
