Sundance Institute in Boulder, CO is seeking a Festival Post-Production Supervisor, Video Content to manage marketing video projects for the Sundance Film Festival. The role supports the Content Producer and collaborates with editors, motion graphics artists, and the social/content team to deliver high-quality videos on tight timelines.

Responsibilities include overseeing post-production workflows, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with festival personnel across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years overseeing post-production workflows for video projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and related applications.
• Ability to work with basic motion graphics is a plus.
• US work authorization required for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage video post-production workflows and ensure efficient delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, creative teams, and Festival personnel to produce high-quality videos within deadlines.
• Lead editors, assistant editors, motion graphics artists and social/content teams across in-person and remote settings.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure all deliverables meet due dates and revisions.
• Organize and track a high volume of video assets using Frame.io Camera to Cloud, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
• Assist with producing duties, asset gathering, approvals, and cross-team coordination.
