Job summary

Sundance Institute in Boulder, CO seeks a Festival Coordinator, Press Information for the 2027 Sundance Film Festival. The temporary, full-time role supports the Press Office with data reports, media lists, and daily reporting from onsite and remote coordination.

Responsibilities include tracking artists and projects, generating detailed press coverage reports, and assisting with screenings and events. 40 hours/week, Nov 4, 2026 – Feb 26, 2027, hybrid work from Boulder office.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in media relations, publicity, communications, marketing, data analysis, or related.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to audit data and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing media lists and leading media monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinating press coverage aggregation and organizing reports.
• Monitoring and reporting on press coverage and trade reviews.
