Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Festival Host (FTS) for the Dollywood theme park. This Full Time Seasonal on-site role supports the Special Events team across festival setups and day-to-day operations with a focus on guest excellence and safety.

Expected duties include greeting guests, providing park information, assisting with load-in and event tasks, and installing festive lighting. Must be 18+, have strong communication, and a valid driver's license. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communicator - accurate, consistent, and detailed.
• Must be able to count.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles; valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate friendly interaction.
• Provide guest excellence and park information.
• Clean and organize work area daily; present a professional appearance.
• Maintain dependable attendance and flexible schedules.
• Give two weeks' notice for requested days off; obtain schedule changes from Team Lead.
• Perform special projects as directed.
• Install and service Christmas lights as needed.
• Assist with load-in and day-to-day operations of Crafters, Vendors, and other operational needs.
