The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field specialist, independently managing lawn and plant health applications for premium residential properties. Operating dedicated spray trucks and specialized equipment, your expertise will directly drive the aesthetic standard and health of our clients' outdoor spaces. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of direct turf and plant care application experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Pesticide License.
• Proven hands-on experience in lawn and shrub application methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision in the field.
• Proficient operating spray trucks, ride‑on spreaders, and application machinery.
• Excellent communication skills and strong self‑management abilities.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean record

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of direct turf and plant care application experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience servicing high‑end residential properties.
