The position requires coordinating with regional teams, supervising dispatch, managing inventories and assets, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. A relevant degree or extensive experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate personnel management, communications and customer focus.
• Basic agronomy knowledge including pest, weed and disease identification and fertility.
• Financial knowledge including reading financial statements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required certifications.
• Willingness to work seasonal hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop location personnel capabilities including hiring, coaching, training and performance management.
• Support Regional Manager in driving sales growth and account management.
• Supervise mixing, loading and dispatch.
• Manage facility inventory and purchasing through approved suppliers.
• Manage facility finances including budgeting, billing, AR/AP, and prepays.
• Maintain facility assets and inspection routines.
• Provide Crop Protection and fertility recommendations with data and plans.
• Maintain location recordkeeping for financial and production data.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, safety training and site inspections.
• Develop short- and long-term plans for the location.
