Job summary

IVI RMA Global is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Springfield clinic. This full-time, Monday-Friday position runs from 8:30am to 4:30pm. A BSN degree and active RN license are required to join our dedicated patient care team providing education and guidance to fertility patients.

The RN will function as a treatment coordinator, support the care team, and ensure an optimal patient experience through compassionate, knowledgeable nursing care and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations.
• BSN degree required.
• BCLS/ACLS certification – preferred.
• 2+ years nursing experience – highly preferred.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Implement provider directives through management of diagnostic and clinical treatment plans.
• Provide patient education throughout the treatment journey and explain testing options and RMA processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the EMR.
• Assist with in-office procedures as needed.

IVI RMA North America has a need for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Springfield clinic. This is a full-time Monday-Friday role working from 8:30am-4:30pm. Bachelor's Degree is required.

Job Purpose

The Nurse will function as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing education and guidance to fertility patients throughout their journey. The Registered Nurse will serve as treatment coordinator and strive to provide every individual an optimal patient experience.

Essential Functions And Accountabilities

• Assists with coordination of care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Implements Provider directives through management of diagnostic and clinical treatment plans.
• Provides care for assigned patients by applying appropriate RMA workflows, policies and clinical practice guidelines:
• Reviews medical records and lab results. Ensures accurate data is entered into the EMR.
• Communicates test results and patient instructions
• Provide patient education throughout all aspects of the treatment journey. Sets appropriate expectations, educates patient/couple on testing, treatment options and RMA processes.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care services in the EMR
• Demonstrates skills and judgment necessary to implement the plan of care. Performs nursing interventions and procedures as necessary to promote the care and safety of the patient.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients; comforts patients by anticipating their anxieties, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Participates in the education and training of nurses. Mentors peers. Promotes a collaborative and productive environment both intra-departmentally as well as inter-departmentally.
• Assists provider with in-office procedures, as needed.

Academic Training

• Active RN license without limitations - required
• Studies level: License

• Studies level: University Education (Bachelor's Degree)

• BCLS and/or ACLS and/or IV certification – preferred
• Studies level: Certification

Position Requirements/Experience

• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred
