US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator for the Roanoke, VA location (Shady Grove Fertility network). The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends/holidays and a compensation range of $78,000 to $83,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

RN license required; IVF fertility experience preferred. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to patient care, research, and service excellence.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Roanoke, Virginia.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekends and holidays
• Compensation: $78,000 to $83,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented, highly responsive to requests
