Job summary

Shady Grove Fertility in Baltimore Harbor, MD, is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join US Fertility’s Baltimore team. This role guides patient care from consultation through treatment, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.

You’ll educate patients on procedures and injections, provide counseling, and collaborate with physicians across our national network to deliver compassionate, high-quality fertility care.

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience is required or preferred.
• Valid RN license is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a must.
• Strong customer service abilities are essential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical RN role.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Women’s health background or fertility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/couple counseling.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Baltimore Harbor, Maryland.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with 4-5 weekends and 1-2 holidays per year. (Hybrid after 9-12 month training period and passing chart audit)
• Compensation: $75,000 + per year (commensurate with experience)

In This Role, The Fertility RN Coordinator Will

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

Qualifications And Skills Include

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
• Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
