Job summary

Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia seeks a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join the team. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00–5:00, with occasional weekend/holiday coverage; base pay $78,000–$83,000, commensurate with experience.

The RN will coordinate and monitor fertility care, communicate orders and lab results, and support patients and families throughout treatment, in a collaborative nationally respected organization.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state without limitations.
• BSN preferred.
• Fertility/IVF experience and women's health background encouraged.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Customer service oriented and responsive.

Responsibilities

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 1 weekend every 8 weeks and 1 holiday per year required from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Compensation: $78,000 to $83,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

In This Role, The Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator Will

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

Qualifications And Skills Include

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented, highly responsive to requests
