Job summary

US Fertility is seeking an experienced RN Fertility Case Manager to join our Jacksonville team. The role coordinates case management and treatment for fertility patients, monitors plans, and educates patients on procedures and injections.

You will schedule treatments and document care in records, communicating physician orders and lab results with clarity and compassion. The ideal candidate has an RN license, BLS, 1+ year of clinical RN experience, and IVF/fertility exposure, with strong

• BLS certification required.
• Current state RN license without limitations required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position required.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an RN Fertility Case Manager to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and rotating holidays
