Everleap Fertility is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Morristown, NJ location. The role focuses on coordinating patient care through every stage of the fertility journey, serving as treatment coordinator and patient advocate.

You will educate patients, support emotional aspects of care, and work with a collaborative fertility team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Strong EMR skills and BSN are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license without limitations is required.
• BSN degree is required.
• BCLS/ACLS and IV certification preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• 2+ years of practical nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in women’s health, NICU, or ER is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care and treatment of fertility patients.
• Implement provider directives in diagnostic and clinical plans.
• Review medical records and enter data into EMR accurately.
• Communicate test results and patient instructions to patients.
• Educate patients about testing, options and processes.
• Document patient care in EMR promptly and accurately.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.
• Mentor peers and promote collaboration within the team.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures as needed.
