US Fertility in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking a Fertility RN Case Manager to join our team. The role involves coordinating patient care, counseling couples, and instructing on injections, with scheduling after visits and adherence to clinical protocols.

The position requires a valid RN license, IVF/fertility experience preferred, and EMR proficiency, with a schedule Monday–Friday, occasional weekends and one holiday per year. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience or background in women's health is a plus; training will be provided.
• Valid RN license is required.
• Experience working with electronic medical records is a must.
• High level of customer service is essential; self-starter.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and treat fertility patients per clinical protocols.
• Provide patient/couple counseling and education on procedures and injections.
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits.
