Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Akron, OH is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our patient-centered fertility team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on triaging OB cases, conducting fertility evaluations, and guiding treatment plans alongside a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio PA license with at least 1 year of clinical experience and BLS certification. Women’s health background is preferred, and you will educate patients throughout their fertility journey.

Qualifications

• Active OH PA license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical healthcare experience.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong triage and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and fertility evaluations.
• Manage fertility treatments including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
• Perform ultrasounds and uterine assessments.
• Triage OB cases including bleeding OBs and ectopics.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments and care plans.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR records.
• Engage in quality improvement and continuing education.
• Other duties as assigned.
