Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Seattle-area team to support fertility patients through evaluations, treatment planning, and procedures at multiple clinic locations in the region.

The role requires an active WA PA license, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. You will triage OB cases, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• PA with WA state license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Ability to triage complex OB cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage cases, including OB bleeding, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education in reproductive medicine.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
