Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our on-site team. The role supports fertility patients through consultations, initial workups, and treatment planning.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with occasional weekends/holidays; salary range $105,000–$130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• PA with active IL license.
• 1 year of clinical experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fertility consultations and initial workups.
• Manage ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF treatments.
• Perform ultrasounds and fertility-related diagnostics.
• Triage complex OB cases autonomously.
• Educate patients on treatments and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain EMR records and support QA/education.
• Assist with ongoing reproductive medicine education.
• Other duties as assigned.
