Job summary

CCRM Fertility in Naperville, IL is seeking a Physician Assistant to support clinical care under the Medical Director. You will initiate and manage patient care, review histories, and collaborate with the physician team to ensure high-quality fertility treatment.

You will handle new patient consultations, manage cycles for basic fertility patients (including donor sperm), coordinate referrals, and provide patient education on IVF and related therapies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current state PA licensure and NCCPA certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medical/social history of gynecological, infertility, and obstetrical patients.
• Initiate new patient consultations and manage cycles for basic fertility patients, including donor sperm and fertility preservation.
• Coordinate referrals and serve as liaison for third-party providers/agencies.
• Develop and implement patient management plans and collaborate with the physician team to ensure continuity of care.
• Prescribe medications within APP scope after physician consultation.
• Document procedures, update EMR, and complete billing documentation.
