Pinnacle Fertility in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Associate Physician to join our physician-centric team. You will deliver compassionate fertility care, engage in clinical procedures, and collaborate with nurses, embryologists, and staff to help patients build families.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development within a leading fertility program. Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN with REI fellowship is required.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) fellowship is required.
• Valid medical license in the state of practice or ability to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Conduct consultations and assessments for patients undergoing fertility treatments, including medical history reviews and treatment planning.
• Perform fertility-related procedures, including ultrasounds, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and hysteroscopies.
• Provide detailed patient education on treatment options, protocols, and medications while addressing patient concerns with empathy and expertise.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with medical and legal requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in reproductive medicine, applying evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Contribute to the clinic’s quality improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in marketing or outreach events, as needed, to promote the clinic and its services.
• Support clinical research initiatives, if applicable.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
